Job summary

Adecco, in partnership with Oakley, seeks a Machine Operator to join the Foothill Ranch, CA facility on 1st shift. You will load, operate, and troubleshoot high-performance manufacturing equipment and help maintain quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of production experience. Overtime and weekend work are possible; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or production.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking in a dynamic setting.
• Knowledge of powered and pneumatic hand tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand 8-10+ hours and perform manual tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee high-performance manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Load, unload, and perform machine setups and tooling changes to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct inspections of products to identify defects and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain organized workstations, stock materials and tools, and meet daily production goals.
• Record quality and production data using SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas.
• Collaborate within a team, multitask across machines, and support cross-functional needs.
• Perform physical tasks including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols at all times.

Pay Details:

$18.97 to $20.97 per hour
