Job summary

Mancan is hiring a Machine Operator for our Ashtabula and Jefferson facilities. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:45am to 3:00pm, starting at $16.00 per hour. The role involves operating machinery, coordinating with the Lead Operator, and ensuring quality parts are produced and packaged according to work orders.

The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods, lift items over 50 pounds, and follow strict safety policies. PPE is required in this manufacturing setting.

Operate Machinery & Work with Lead Operator to Produce Quality Parts.

• Plating Customers' Parts to Factory Work Order (FWO)
• Communicating Accurate Information to Lead Operator
• Verifying Correct Machine Setup & Handling Customer Parts Delicately
• Checking Parts for Thickness, Chromate & Packaging
• Completing Paperwork Accurately & On Time
• Keeping the Line Loaded & Maximize Barrel & Rack Capacity
• Safely Operating Machinery & Following Safety Policies
• Maintaining Clean Work Area & Suggesting Improvements
