Job Summary

Assist all assembly operations, verify and keep records on all production data, and monitor the production process for any deviation or quality concerns. Approximately 90% of time is spent monitoring safety, quality, and production; the remaining 10% is spent verifying quality and completing paperwork. Employees are responsible for maintaining company quality standards, a safe work environment, and high productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Report any accidents/incidents immediately to the Assembly Supervisor.
  • Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately.
  • Maintain high quality production standards.
  • Maintain high efficiency production standards.
  • Work unbiased with a diverse workforce.
  • Communicate with all members of management.
  • Complete daily paperwork and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Train other hourly associates on safe operations of all equipment.
  • Train other hourly associates on company quality standards.
  • Maintain overall housekeeping of the assembly plant.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or acts to the Assembly Superintendent.
  • Follow all SOPs.
  • Perform any other duties defined by the Assembly Supervisor.
Associate Responsibilities
  • Focus on safety, quality, and productivity of all operations.
  • Work unbiased with a diverse workforce.
  • Communicate all issues with members of management.
  • Train other associates on proper function of all equipment, procedures, and expectations.
  • Work as a team with other associates and accomplish company goals and expectations.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms regularly. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and perform some climbing. Requires close and distant vision. These functions are required on a daily basis.
