Key Job Elements

• Operate assigned machinery, monitor and optimize efficiency, perform basic maintenance, and conduct quality checks.
• Set up and operate machines according to work instructions.
• Observe machine operations, detect defects, and make adjustments to improve performance.

• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
