Position: Machine Operator/Technician
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Shift: Mon – Thurs, 5:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: Starts at $19/hr W2 +/- DOE

As a Machine Operator/Technician placed with KellyOCG, you will be responsible for the following: Lens Fabrication Machine technician – R&D Pilot Plant – Kelly Services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain injection molding machines and metrology equipment under general supervision.
• Monitor and adjust processes to improve quality.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor equipment and process status for new products.
• Perform routine cleaning and non-routine maintenance following safety policies.
• Adhere to environmental policies and support environmental objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA, OSHA, GMP, ISO standards, and equipment/process specifications.

• Monitor and adjust processes to improve throughput.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment in the injection molding area safely.
• Perform routine cleaning and clearing of equipment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in a high-volume production environment.

Additional skills include troubleshooting in areas such as process improvement, electro/mechanical devices, safety devices, equipment installation, debug and qualification, CNC machining, and more. Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts is required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively. Physical demands include light lifting, standing, and environmental conditions are in an air-conditioned manufacturing setting.
