Company Description

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is looking to add Machine Operators to our Production team across a variety of departments.

SHIFTS:

1st shift hours: Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm

3rd shift hours: Sunday – Wednesday 7:45pm to 6:15am

(must be available for possible Daily OT and Friday OT as needed)

PAY:

• $18.50 to $20.25 depending on positionand may vary based on previous experience
• $1.50/hr shift differential offered for off-shifts
• Offering eligible candidates a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift and $2,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift!
• Perfect Attendance Bonus ofup to an additional $1,000 a year

Job Description

Responsible for operating machines in one of several departments including our Millroom, Door Plant, Frame Department, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (10 -12 hour shifts)
• Ability to follow Standard Work and diagrams to ensure accuracy of materials
• Ability to use computers and understand basic machine operation
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment a plus
