Job summary

Amcor is hiring in Hot Springs, Arkansas, for a position requiring adherence to Safety, GMP, Food Safety, and Plant Policies. Responsibilities include performing inspections, controlling nonconforming products, and coordinating production tasks.

• Adhere to all applicable Safety, GMP, Food Safety and Plant Policies.
• Perform shot inspections.
• Control nonconforming product.
• Execute line clearances and start-up approvals.
• Complete random finished goods box sampling.
• Assist with color and mold changes.
• Notify technicians of quality or machine problems.
• Complete production reporting documents.
• Perform liner roll changes.
• Complete other assigned tasks.

• Execute line clearances and start-up approvals.
• Complete random finished goods box sampling/audits.
• Assist with coordinating color and mold changes.
• Notify technicians of quality or machine problems.
• Complete the required production reporting documents.
• Perform liner roll changes.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of basic math
• Able to work 12 hour shifts
• Past experience and/or proven ability

Work Environment

• Food Safety/GMP manufacturing environment
• Regularly required to carry, lift and stack up to 35 lb. cartons
