We are looking for a Production Worker I to operate and monitor production on multiple machine lines.

Requirements:

• Operating Machinery: Follow standard operating procedures to operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently, contributing to the production process.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues promptly to ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Material Handling: Assist with the handling and storage of raw materials, ensuring proper procedures are followed to maintain product integrity.
• Assembly and Packaging: Assemble components and package finished products according to specifications, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to minimize workplace hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any issues that arise.

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to sit or stand for duration of 8-10 hour shift, have good eyesight to verify quality, be able to withstand being around raw materials including dust, and be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
