Job Description: Production Operator

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent plastics manufacturer in the Buena Vista, VA area, is seeking production and machine operators to join their team. This climate-controlled facility offers a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing.

Production Operator Job Summary:

1. Pay: $13-14 an hour
2. Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Operate various forms of production equipment

Perform basic quality checks on finished products

Meet production goals

Adhere to proper production processes

Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines

Production Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous production or machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
