Job Title and Reporting

Title: Texturing Operator

Reports to: Texturing Production Manager

Purpose

To safely and efficiently operate texturing machines according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain continuous operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct machine issues.
• Splice packs and flag non-functioning equipment.
• Keep the work area clean.

Skill Requirements

• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate multiple machines efficiently.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and communicate effectively.

Tools and Equipment

Creel, yarn, pen, marker, doff guide, splicer, texturing machine, step ladders, aspirator.

Training and Physical Requirements

• Authorized training time: 8-12 weeks.
• Ability to stand, move, reach, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including rotating schedules.
