Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to manage material conveying, set up and run production equipment, and ensure high-quality output. You will monitor feeds, troubleshoot systems, and communicate with the team to maintain continuous flow.

Shifts are 12 hours (5AM-5PM or 5PM-5AM) with overtime opportunities. Safety, reliability, and efficiency are emphasized alongside on-site health and retirement benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment and performing basic maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous flow.
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment for quality production.
• Adjust machine controls to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and address issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as a Machine Operator!

Strating pay $20-35/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading.
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous and consistent material flow.
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment, ensuring full project set-ups for quality production.
• Adjust machine controls throughout runtime to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Address and resolve processing issues to deliver customer requirements within business needs. Understand customer issues created by upstream processes from conveyance, forming, and cutting devices to ensure efficient and timely changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent environmental pollution.

Shifts & Schedule:

12-hour shifts

• Monday – Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM
