AmeriLux Family of Companies in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator to manage material conveying, set up and run equipment, and monitor feeding systems to ensure continuous, quality production. You will respond to alarms, adjust controls, and perform routine maintenance to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage material conveying process including big bag or bulk offloading.
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain flow.
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment for quality production.
• Adjust machine controls to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform machine maintenance to meet product specs and quality standards.
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues to maintain efficiency.
• Inspect production to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Address processing issues to meet customer requirements and ensure timely changeovers.
• Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent pollution.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as a Machine Operator!

Strating pay $20-35/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous and consistent material flow
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment, ensuring full project set-ups for quality production
• Adjust machine controls throughout runtime to maintain optimal performance
• Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet standards
• Address and resolve processing issues to deliver customer requirements within business needs. Understand customer issues created by upstream processes from conveyance, forming, and cutting devices to ensure efficient and timely changeovers to minimize downtime
• Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent environmental pollution

Shifts & Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Overtime opportunities available

• Monday - Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform in a hot environment
