Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team.

As a Machine Operator, you will support various manufacturing processes in the production department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.

Job Details

• Job Title: Machine Operator
• Location: Green Bay, WI
• Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure performance and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document production data and report discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machinery is preferred; factory experience with non-CNC machines is acceptable.
• Ability to work 4–10 hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
