Day or Overnight shifts available: 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days & off 3 days). Every two weeks, you will be scheduled to work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the other.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Summary

Responsible for operating converting and packaging equipment. Work within a team to produce quality products according to work orders and specifications. Adjust equipment based on feedback from the quality technician. Use mechanical skills for maintenance and support R&D projects.

Essential Functions

• Operate and support a wet or dry wipe converting line to meet performance standards and quality expectations.
• Make mechanical adjustments and change machine settings as raw materials vary.
• Operate safely, being aware of people, equipment, and environment.
• Monitor and verify product quality throughout the run.
• Maintain all 5S concepts in the manufacturing area.
• Complete production reporting and data collection promptly.
• Support primary and secondary roles within the department.
• Apply experience and technical skills to solve problems.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in math, reading, and comprehension.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a machine operator or supporting role.
