Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

Support Amcor Little Chute in machine operation, quality assurance, rework, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning. Operate as a thermoforming operator creating K-cups for Keurig coffee makers.

Shift Available

• Enjoy a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (6am - 6pm) with every other weekend off, providing half the work for half the year. Shift schedules are provided for the entire year.

Starting Pay

• Between $22.36-$25.96, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and report incidents promptly.
• Operate and assist with machine start-ups, shutdowns, and setups.
• Scan inputs/outputs and verify specifications and labels.
• Inspect products and communicate defects.
• Maintain cleanliness per 5S standards.
• Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and train new employees.
• Follow safety, security, and job procedures.
• Operate lift trucks if trained, adhering to policies.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
