Staffmark Group is hiring a Machine Operator in Franklin, OH. The role runs 7:45am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $16.00–$17.50 per hour. You will operate a plastic mold injection machine, monitor production quality, and help ensure consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and experience with manufacturing equipment. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a safety-focused setting.

• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
