As part of our production team, a Machine Attendant is responsible for overseeing a cell of high-volume automated machines in the areas of coating, quality, or packaging. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a focus on machine quality and performance.

2. Foster a collaborative work environment through effective written and verbal communication with team members and support staff.

3. Document machine performance and attainment daily.

4. Conduct quality inspections on finished products.

5. Engage in continuous improvement activities aligned with Lean manufacturing principles.

6. Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.

7. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
