Role Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for safety, product quality, line efficiency, and ingredient usage on the assigned production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and team safety, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain product quality standards, including component verification and process adjustments.
• Monitor line operations such as weight control, changeovers, start-up, and shutdown procedures.
• Ensure product specifications are met and report deviations.
• Maintain housekeeping and GMP compliance, and proper labeling.
• Perform CIP sanitation, ensuring high standards within scheduled timeframes.
• Accurately record ingredient and flavor consumption on operator control sheets.
• Adapt to work environment changes and contribute positively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Our rotation allows every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Shifts are 12 hours: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, with a bi-weekly schedule.
