Job summary

Walsworth-Eau Claire is hiring a Bindery - Operator II for a full-time day shift in a climate-controlled plant. You will set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain bindery equipment including Hunklers and folders, ensuring production schedules and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a Bindery role, strong attention to detail, and good communication. The site emphasizes a clean, temperature‑controlled environment and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in a Bindery role.
• Able to read, interpret and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Must communicate effectively and provide good customer service.
• Able to work overtime beyond 40 hours as production requires.
• Willingness to operate and troubleshoot bindery equipment.

Walsworth-Eau Claire is looking for talented individuals like you to join their growing team!We are hiring for the following full-time shifts:Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Five 8-hour shifts)Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with sound attention to detail.Job Summary:As a Bindery - Operator II you will be responsible for the set up, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of applicable equipment.
