Kelly Services is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in Midland, GA. This temp-to-hire position offers multiple shifts, with competitive hourly pay and weekly payroll.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating forge presses, CNC, reading blueprints, and inspecting parts to ensure tolerances are met. U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• 2+ years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

Temp to hire!

$18-$21 per hour depending on role and qualifications

Weekly pay!

Shifts:

2 nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2:30am

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:30am-7pm*

*scheduled 36 hours/week but will be paid for a full 40 hours as long as you work all 3 full shifts

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and/or tend forge presses, CNC, deburring, and/or other machines

• Read work orders or blueprints to determine specified tolerances and sequences of operations for machine setups

• Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to product specifications

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks and minor repairs as needed

Machine Operator Basic Qualifications (required):

• High School Diploma or GED

• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts

• 2+ years of machine operation experience

• Ability to read and follow written work instructions

Machine Operator Preferred Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience operating CNC or forge press machines

• Tool and die experience

• Experience using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformity to tight tolerances

• Experience reading blueprints

• 2-year technical certificate
