Kelly is seeking an Automated Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Middletown, PA. You will operate and monitor automated production machinery, load materials, start machines, and keep equipment running smoothly to ensure quality products.

The role requires troubleshooting, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; weekly pay and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience.
• Experience with CNC machines, automated equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus.

Location: Middletown, PA

Pay: $21.25 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday - Thursday | 10:30PM - 7:00AM

What You'll Be Doing

As an Automated Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping production moving and ensuring quality products are manufactured.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Operating and monitoring automated production machinery.
• Loading materials, starting machines, and keeping equipment running efficiently.
• Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifying machine or production issues and communicating with your team.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Learning new equipment, processes, and manufacturing techniques.

What We're Looking For
