Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Machine Operator for Cummins HDM in Columbus, IN. You will set up and operate CNC machines, assemble parts, and perform quality checks in a climate-controlled facility.

This role includes loading and unloading parts, handling tools, and supporting manufacturing lines on 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime potential. Ideal candidates are at least 18, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay rate/Shifts:

• 2nd shift Mon-Fri 3p - 11p- $19.50/hr
• 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 11p - 7a- $19.50/hr

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Pay close attention to detail, are mechanically inclined, and are able to work frequent overtime.
• Have previous experience in any of the following: machining, using hand/power tools, operating Forklifts, Hoists & Cranes, and material handling tasks.
• Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling throughout an entire shift in a production environment.
