Consolidated Metal Products in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Machine Operators who want to learn, build technical skills, and grow their earning potential. You’ll operate production equipment, load materials, and inspect parts while following safety and quality procedures. Available shifts: first 7:00 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m. and second 3:30 p.m. – midnight with a $1 premium; starting pay is $18 per hour, with advancement up to about $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, automotive repair, construction, or similar hands-on environments.
• Mechanical aptitude with comfort using tools.
• Dependable attendance and stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used to cut, bend, form, thread, draw, or finish metal products.
• Load and unload materials.
• Inspect finished parts.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Make basic machine adjustments and learn setups.
• Identify and correct quality issues.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous-improvement and teamwork.

You may be a fit if you have experience in manufacturing, warehousing, automotive repair, construction, assembly, fabrication, machine operation, or another hands-on environment.

Available Shifts

First Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Second Shift: 3:30 p.m.–midnight (Second shift includes an additional $1.00-per-hour premium) ).

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment used to cut, bend, form, thread, draw, or finish metal products
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect finished parts
• Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
• Make basic machine adjustments
• Learn setups and tooling changes
• Identify and correct quality issues
• Follow safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team and continuous-improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive repair, construction, warehousing, assembly, fabrication, equipment operation, or similar environments
• Mechanical aptitude
