Machine Operator Compensation

• Starting Pay Rate: $18/hour + 0.45 shift diff, Paid bi-weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Machine Operator Highlights

• Shift Notes: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | (Weekends & Holidays as required by customer demand – mandatory overtime)
• Location: Cockeysville MD 21031

Key Responsibilities

• Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization).
• Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required. Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures.

Machine Operator Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Clean room and gowning experience is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours when needed.
