Machine Operator

  • Location: Las Vegas, NV
  • Full-Time
  • Shift: Day Shift (but requires flexibility for other shifts as needed)
  • Wage: $17.50-$19.50/hour

Your Impact
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a vital part of our production team—ensuring high-quality output, maintaining equipment efficiency, and supporting a safe and organized work environment. Your attention to detail and mechanical skills will help drive production goals and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot label production equipment
  • Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet specifications
  • Apply adhesives, inks, and other materials as needed
  • Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Log production data and communicate with planning, maintenance, and leadership teams
  • Support material movement, packing, and 6S housekeeping standards
  • Participate in safety training, hazard identification, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with training and cross-training team members

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of machine operating experience (preferred)
  • Good mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read rulers, gauges, and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maneuvering around equipment
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
