Job summary

Pinch A Penny Suncoast Chemicals, a POOLCORP Company, is seeking a Machine Operator to run production lines and ensure product quality in a fast-paced environment at our Clearwater facility.

You will perform inspections, monitor weights, verify lot codes, and support changeovers. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long hours, and passing FIT testing with respirator certification. Shift is 5:00 AM–3:00 PM, Mondays through Thursdays on a 4‑10 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stoop, lift, bend, and stand long hours.
• Ability to interpret measurements and perform basic math.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass FIT testing and be respirator certified.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to produce quality product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues on the line.
• Perform first-run quality inspections on incoming materials and finished goods.
• Maintain correct weights and lot codes on packages.
• Coordinate with material handler to ensure proper stocking.
• Perform product changeovers and keep work area clean and organized.
