Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Operator for an evaluation-to-hire opportunity in Centerbrook, CT. Starting pay is $17.50/hour with $19.00/hour on 2nd shift, plus a path to increased earnings as lines are learned.

Shifts available include 1st and 2nd, with Monday–Friday schedules. This family-operated environment rewards learning and dependable performance, with overtime opportunities and uniforms/shoe reimbursement provided after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Load materials and keep equipment running efficiently.
• Learn additional machine lines and expand your skills.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Identify and report equipment or production issues.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

Locations: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: $19.00/hour including shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday
