We’re seeking operators to join our team in our state-of-the-art processing plant. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, packaging, labeling, boxing, cutting, and unracking products to meet production standards, finalizing products, and preparing them for shipping. Dependability and teamwork are essential, and there are opportunities for career growth with a fun team environment.

What You Will Do

• Achieve production goals through packaging, labeling, cutting, unracking, and boxing turkey products.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety rules.
• Ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced by adhering to good manufacturing practices.
• Perform duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What To Expect

• Work 8- to 10-hour shifts on concrete floors.
• Work in temperatures from 32 to 40°F.
• Perform repetitive motions like twisting, turning, bending, and reaching.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Wear PPE such as hair nets, hard hats, ear protection, safety glasses, and boots.
• Work collaboratively with large teams.
