Precision in Every Build: Now Hiring a Machine Operator!

Are you a detail-oriented technician with a passion for electronics and manufacturing? We're looking for a Machine Operator in Burnsville, MN to join our team and bring custom electronic designs to life. If you have experience with SMT Machine programming and setup, along with a sharp eye for quality, this is your opportunity to excel in a thriving, tech-focused environment!

Hours and Pay:

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up SMT Machines for custom-built orders based on product specifications.


• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak operation and minimal downtime.


• Read and interpret blueprints for custom-built circuit boards.


• Work efficiently on assigned workstations, monitoring and tracking the quality of assemblies.


• Inspect, assemble, and touch up components per J-STD-001 standards to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines.


• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation to ensure compliance.


• Provide timely, accurate feedback to SMT operators for process improvements and quality adjustments.


• Solder to meet IPC 610 quality standards on components as small as 0201 chip components, using both Tin-lead and Lead-free alloys.


• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of programming and setup experience with SMT Machines.


• 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly.


• Strong understanding of SMT operating procedures and electronic manufacturing processes.


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read blueprints with precision.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.


• Familiarity with IPC 610 and J-STD-001 standards is highly preferred.
