You will follow SOPs, wear PPE, perform routine quality checks, and maintain logs on a 12-hour shift.

Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable team members to join our fast-growing medical device manufacturing team in Buffalo Grove, IL! In this entry-level, temp-to-hire position, you will operate automated and semi-automated production machinery in a clean, state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, helping create critical medical devices that save lives every day. No prior manufacturing experience is requiredwe provide full training to help you succeed! This role is perfect for dependable candidates seeking a stable full-time position on a 12-hour shift schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for running assigned machinery, conducting routine visual quality checks using basic measurement tools, and meticulously packaging finished medical components for sterilization or shipment. Because we operate under strict cleanroom safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), you must be comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) including a cleanroom jumpsuit gown, hairnet, safety glasses, earplugs, and steel-toe shoes throughout your entire shift. You will also follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain accurate production logs, and keep your workspace organized according to 5S standards.

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
