Red Diamond is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our Birmingham-based production team. You’ll set up and operate high-speed coffee and tea packaging lines, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

This role involves performing quality checks, replenishing materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with packing and labeling duties. Overtime Fridays may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant machine operator experience.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly.

Location:Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Shifts Available:

• First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($19/hour)
• Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM ($21/hour)

Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:

• Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
• Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks
