Red Diamond Coffee & Tea is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for the First Shift in Moody, AL. The role is a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with occasional Friday overtime. You will contribute to a fast-paced production environment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates show up reliably, work well in a team, and take pride in doing quality work. Prior packaging machine experience is a plus, but a strong work history and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance history.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed coffee/tea packaging machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

• Assemble and label boxes and support other production tasks.
