We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Baldwyn, MS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Shifts:

1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3pm $14.50hr

2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm $15hr

3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am $15.50hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications.
  
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
  
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with company standards.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to machines.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  
• Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
