Job Summary:

The Operator Level II will work with advanced equipment used in creating semiconductor devices in the solar panel market. Responsibilities include setting up and operating state-of-the-art deposition and laser scribing systems, monitoring processes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring product quality. This role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:
2. Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and efficient production.
3. Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed.
4. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and feeding of materials into the machine.

1. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
2. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and operational issues promptly.
4. Report significant machine problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

1. Quality Control:
2. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
3. Measure and document key product dimensions and characteristics.
4. Adjust machinery to correct deviations from quality standards.

1. Safety and Compliance:
2. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
3. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area following SOPs.

1. Production and Reporting:
2. Monitor production output to meet targets and deadlines.
3. Document production data, including machine performance and issues.
4. Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.

1. Continuous Improvement:
2. Participate in training to stay updated on machinery and best practices.
3. Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, materials science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience operating machinery in manufacturing or production environment.
