In the position of Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of production tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate and monitor the production line, removing or shifting materials and/or finished products as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation. Ensure package and product quality. Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
2. Perform all running maintenance, housekeeping, and organizing tasks. Execute light-duty troubleshooting. Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices. Clean equipment during and after shifts. Perform CIP/Sanitation as required. Expedite repairs to the line, working with maintenance as necessary.
3. Act as a team member to deliver results and react to issues appropriately.
4. Monitor, measure, and report system performance. Conduct all quality control requirements. Perform product and package changeovers. Maintain accurate and current records of downtime and machine operations.
5. Communicate with managers, mechanics, and other operators to solve problems, take direction, and complete assigned work.
6. Utilize computer-based workstation systems.

Position Requirements:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Heavy Machinery, Operations, or a related field.
• Additional Experience Desired: 1-3 years in a machine operator role.
• Additional Experience Desired: 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable about the limits and capabilities of different machines, which is essential for optimal performance.

Base Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.
