Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a production operator to run lining and finishing machines, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean work area on the shop floor. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, WI, GMP requirements, and safety protocols to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The position supports plant goals in safety, quality, and 5S, with responsibilities including record-keeping, labeling accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Perform quality checks to ensure components meet all specifications.
  • Follow SOPs, WI and Forms as required.
  • Complete daily paperwork per GMP requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Promote plant goals such as Safety/Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, ISO and 5S.

Responsibilities

  • Run all Lining and finishing machines, including the Cells by following all required SOPs, Work Instructions and Forms.
  • Perform all activities safely and conduct any required safety checks on equipment.
  • Participate in safety programs and ensure use of PPE on the shop floor.
  • Assist in labeling, inspection, and quality documentation as required.

Other duties may be assigned.Run all Lining and finishing machines, including the Cells by following all required SOPs, Work Instructions (WI) and Forms.Complete all daily paperwork as required per procedures and GMP requirements.Perform quality checks to ensure that components meet all specificationsEnsure all gaylords have the proper labels and inspection formsMaintain a clean and orderly work areaPerform all activities safely and conduct any required safety checks on equipment.Promote plant goals such as Safety/Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, ISO and 5SPhysical Requirements/Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
