National Products, Inc. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing lines running. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic systems in a fast-paced production environment.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and timely installations, with on-site responsibilities at our Washington facility. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experience with PLC/robotic and automated systems.
• Proficient English reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure reliability.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions within safety standards.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and adjustments across departments.
• Repair and maintain water systems, including leaks and related issues.
• Perform routine and emergency equipment repairs as needed.
• Keep tools, parts, and supplies organized for efficient work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
