Job summary

Talan-Products Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery and facilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document all activities to support uptime and safety. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and the ability to read schematics and manuals.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, structures, pipe, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
• Document maintenance activities and inspections.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
