Job summary

National Products Inc. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC and robotic systems while supporting preventative maintenance and installations. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and coordinating with Production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, equipment, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, robotic, or automated systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment reliable.
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify repair solutions.
• Assist with installation, setup, and adjustments across production departments.
• Repair and maintain machine water systems and leaks.
• Perform routine and emergency equipment repairs as needed.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Partner with Production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
