Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to determine root causes.

The role involves disassembling machines, replacing parts, adjusting components, cleaning and lubricating parts, and coordinating with teammates to ensure equipment returns to specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years prior machine maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical understanding of complex equipment.
• Use of basic hand tools and power tools; knowledge of machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to determine root cause.
• Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts; adjusts components as needed.
• Cleans and lubricates parts, orders replacement parts, inspects completed repairs and returns equipment to specifications.
• Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
