Job summary

Responsibilities

• Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Perform semi-skilled duties in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, mechanical repairs, machine lubrication, painting, or plastering.
• Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safety conscious.
• Organize, coordinate, and assist in managing the overall maintenance programs including property appearance, timely work order service and cost-effective inventory control of the properties.
• Assist in all service areas as needed.
• Under the direction of the lead Maintenance Supervisor and the production management department, the Maintenance position will obtain knowledge for equipment maintenance servicing and scheduling, vendor interaction, and other related services.
• Other duties as assigned.
