DeLallo is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for the First Shift Maintenance Technician position at our Olive Production facility in New Stanton, PA. The primary responsibility is to minimize equipment downtime through preventative and corrective maintenance.

Required Skills

• Industrial equipment repair experience
• Preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various systems
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Understanding of control wiring and PLCs

Responsibilities

• Maintain various industrial systems including compressors, dryers, pumps, and conveyors
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production machinery
• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Adjust systems to optimize operations
• Coordinate with production teams on maintenance schedules
• Monitor equipment performance

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience with electrical/control wiring, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication
