Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Site Safety Manager to live and lead safety at our facility. The role manages the site safety program, drives housekeeping 5S, and demonstrates leadership to promote employee safety and wellness.

You will own our ATS culture, develop and implement site-level and company-wide initiatives, mentor staff, measure maintenance KPIs, and ensure efficient operations while controlling expenses. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or equivalent) from a two-year college with 3+ years related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CMMS software, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Site Safety Program and enforce policies.
• Drive housekeeping standards (5S) and safety/wellness initiatives.
• Lead and mentor staff with ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Measure and report maintenance KPIs and perform root cause analyses.
• Escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status as needed to maintain a positive customer relationship.
• Review work orders and ensure schedules are met; identify gaps and rectify.

Delivers on related action items, removes barriers, and addresses issues in order to promote continuous improvement· Communicates and escalates priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer as needed, playing a key role in developing and sustaining a positive and profitable relationship with the customer· Assists Site Manager in managing expenses, such as labor, overtime, and material consumption. Approves any overtime worked by the team.· Reviews work orders and ensures adherence to work schedules.
