Arhaus Upholstery – Conover, NC is seeking a Machine Bundler to accurately bundle cut pieces of fabric and leather from the cutting operation. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a heated/cooled furniture plant.

The role requires reading production tickets, good vision, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and reliable transportation. Join a cutting team under the Cutting Supervisor and help prepare bundles for the Sewing department.

Formación

• Must be able to read production tickets and comprehend instructions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately put cut pieces of fabric/leather from cutting machines into a bundle.
• Label and tag each bundle correctly.
• Carry/Push bundles to the Sewing department.
• Cut denim as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Position Details

Job Purpose

The Machine Bundler is responsible for accurately bundling cut pieces of fabric and leather from the cutting machine operation.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Accurately Put cut pieces of fabric/leather from cutting machines together into a bundle.
• Correctly label and tag each bundle.
• Carry / Push bundles to the Sewing department.
• Cut denim as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Working Conditions

Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience Requirements

Manufacturing Experience.

Preferred Experience Requirements

Experience in furniture manufacturing preferred.
