Job summary

Aerotek in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Machine Builder to assemble custom capital equipment from drawings, integrating pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components. You will read complex schematics, perform subassemblies, and verify unit performance to meet exact customer specs.

Responsibilities include mounting components, wiring panels, testing machines, and troubleshooting issues during assembly. This is a fully onsite role with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience building capital equipment from drawings.
• Proficiency with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical assemblies.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot machines to meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and complete mechanical subassembly on frame weldments.
• Mount bearings, pneumatic components, and drive systems with precision.
• Install electrical components to panels and enclosures per schematics.
• Interpret pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and install assemblies accordingly.
• Test machines to verify operation and safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
