Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking a Training Coordinator 2 to develop and maintain training curricula and materials, delivering NET, Delta sessions, on-site programs, and coaching. You will also ensure accurate post-event reporting to demonstrate training effectiveness and compliance.

The role requires MACCS experience, formal training delivery, and supporting Marine Corps systems with a Secret clearance. Join a team focused on public health, performance evaluation, and health operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with MACCS family of systems and units (CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, AFATDS).
• Leading curriculum development in formal training environments.
• Five (5) years’ work experience with MACCS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all training curriculum and material development activities as required.
• Conduct training events, including NET, Delta, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder.
• Provide all required post-event reporting and documentation.
