DLH Corporation seeks a Training Coordinator 2 to support organizational learning by developing training curricula and delivering diverse events such as NET, Delta, on-site programs, and coaching. You will ensure accurate post-event reporting to track training effectiveness and maintain compliance.

The role requires MACCS expertise, curriculum leadership, and experience with Marine Corps systems, with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining MACCS systems and units (CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, AFATDS).
• Experience leading curriculum development in formal training environments.
• Five+ years with MACCS.
• Three+ years instructor/analyst experience supporting Marine Corps systems/equipment.
• MACCS network administration experience.
• Experience integrating MACCS sensors and configuring radios/telecommunications equipment.
• Knowledge of Tactical Data Framework (TDF) setup/integration.
• Experience with Link 16, JRE/AP A/B/C protocols.
• Cisco IOS familiarity preferred.
• Experience managing operating systems in a virtual environment.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IS or 4 years USMC training in lieu; MAWTS-1 C3 certification.
• Four+ years RF propagation knowledge.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to training curriculum and material development.
• Conduct NET, Delta, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder training events.
• Provide post-event reporting and documentation to maintain compliance.
