Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a MAC Specialty Artist to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup demonstrations, and maintaining store standards. You will learn and communicate product knowledge while delivering exceptional guest service and participating in in-store events.

You will build client relationships, upsell services, and stay current on trends to provide a premier guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Engage guests, personalize service, recommend products and services.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and product lessons to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Maintain brand standards and participate in events and promotions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
