Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Artist – MAC who will maximize MAC sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications and educating customers on trends and products.

You will support events, maintain brand standards, and build an active client base while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role requires professional makeup artistry, strong guest interaction, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong sales, product knowledge and guest service.
• Maintains guest relationships and contributes to store goals.
• Proficient makeup artistry and ability to instruct guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Engage guests, customize recommendations and offer samples.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations and lessons to MAC/Utha guests.
• Stay informed on promotions and brand initiatives.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
