Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for the MAC brand to maximize sales by engaging guests, assisting with selections, and maintaining store standards. The role requires professional makeup artistry, exceptional guest service, and knowledge transfer to guests about MAC products and trends.

You will support the Experience Manager and contribute to brand events, promotions, and in-store experiences while maintaining high guest satisfaction and store cleanliness.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons per MAC and Ulta Brand standards
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to better serve guests
